Burroughs Leads MMI to First Win of 22-23 Season

Tuscaloosa, AL. – Sophomore Quandre Burroughs led Marion to victory last night against the Tigers of Stillman College with 30 points on 10-of-18 from the floor shooting, including 7-of-13 from behind the arc.  Anthony Bryant added 13 points in the 82-67 win. MMI led 38-26 at halftime.

Tyrone Wright grabbed a team high nine rebounds while scoring four points. Finishing out the scoring column for the Tigers was Eli Elston (9), Myles McClain (9), Elijah Marsh (7), Aidan Driggers (4), Cameron Spain (4), and Zalon Sanders (2).

The Tigers will host Jones College Tuesday, November 8 with a 6:00 p.m. tip-off scheduled.
