Gaspar Herrera Leads Women's Cross Country Team to Top 15 Showing

Oxford, AL. - The MMI women's cross country team, led by freshman Teresa Gaspar Herrera, earned a 13th place finish this past weekend at the JSU Foothills Invitational.  Out of a total 181 runners in the non-Division I class, Gaspar Herrera finished 43rd with a time of 20:39. She was followed by Amelia Krause (22:22), Hannah Maynard (23:22), Jada Batiste (24:34), Rosa Dominguez-Cortez (27:08), and Brooklyn Thomas (27:24).
