Lady Tigers Double up Lady Eagles, 6-3, in Women’s Tennis

Marion, AL—The Lady Tigers won two of their doubles matches (Anna Waller/Kitty Greenwalt and Ksenia Vasilyev/Kathryn Risner) by identical 8-4 scores and two of their singles matches (Greenwalt and Risner) by identical 6-1, 6-1 scores to put four points on the board.  MMI's Vasilyev won in straight sets, 6-1, 7-6 (2), over Meridian's Zoe Freke, and Waller outlasted Meridian's Elisiva Latu, 5-7, 6-2, 6-0, to bring the final match score to 6-3 in favor of the Lady Tigers.
