MMI's Whitley Named to ACCC All-North and All-Region

Marion Military Institute's freshman utility player, Amanda Whitley, was selected to the 2016 ACCC First Team All-North Division and Second Team All-Region.

The outfielder/third baseman finished the 2016 campaign with a .313 batting average, a .337 on-base percentage, and a .448 slugging percentage.  Whitley hit six doubles, two triples and one homerun for the Lady Tigers.  She also recorded 20 RBIs with 12 walks and only five strikeouts.
