Abbinanti Leads Men's XC to 10th place at Falcon Classic

Montevallo, AL. - The MMI men's cross country team, led by freshman Nicholas Abbinanti III, finished in 10th place at the Falcon Classic last weekend.  The University of Montevallo hosted event was Marion's second official event of the fall season; first at the 8k distance.  Abbinanti finished 15th overall with a time of 27:39.  Alejandro Contreras placed 45th at 29:17, followed at 51st by Cameron Covington (29:27).  James Lagrone (30:06), Sean Welsh (31:17), Mackenzie Ammons (31:21), Devin Kelly (32:28), Mills Harrison (34:02), and Nicholas Mackey (34:45) rounded out the field for MMI.
