Tigers Dominate Bulldogs, 7-2, in Men’s Tennis
Decatur, MS—The Marion Military Institute Tigers came out swinging in singles play against the Bulldogs of Hinds Community College, winning the first four matches in quick succession—Joseph Tanjuatco at No. 1 singles (6-2, 6-0), Eddie Hunter at No. 2 singles (6-0, 6-0), Preston Smith at No. 3 singles (6-1, 6-3), and Dom Ingram at No. 4 singles (6-2, 6-0). Emmanuel Warner at No. 6 singles added MMI's fifth singles point of the afternoon with his 7-5, 6-2 win. The Tigers won the overall match, 7-2, at the East Central Community College courts.
In doubles play, the Tigers locked down wins at No. 1 doubles (8-4) and No. 2 doubles (8-0).
