Tigers Down Eagles in Men’s Tennis

Marion, AL—The Marion Military Institute Tigers bolted to a 3-0 lead after the doubles session of yesterday's match at the Paul B. Anderson Tennis Complex against the Meridian Community College Eagles.  And then Andrew Branicki, MMI's No. 1 player, bested Meridian's Matthew Tennant, 6-1, 6-3, and MMI's No. 4 player, Dom Ingram, clinched the overall match win for the Tigers with his 6-3, 6-2 win versus Meridian's Taylor Jefcoat.  Also victorious for MMI were Sean Dreher, Joseph Tanjuatco, and Isaac Magee.
