Men's Tennis Team and Four Players Earn ITA Academic Awards

Each year the ITA recognizes tennis teams and individuals that have excelled in the classroom. 

For a team to be recognized as an ITA All-Academic Team, the team must finish the academic year with a GPA of 3.2 or above (on a 4.0 scale) with each member submitted earning a varsity letter.  The men's tennis team finished the 2016-17 academic year with a team GPA of 3.575.

For an individual tennis player to earn the ITA Scholar-Athlete Award, they must maintain a GPA of 3.2 or above (on a 4.0 scale) while earning a varsity letter.  This year's award recipients for men's tennis are: Barry Booth, Andrew Carey, Dakota Christofer, and Isaiah Polk.
