Hernandez Advances to Quarterfinals at NJCAA National Tournament

Sophomore Romar Hernandez has advanced to the Quarterfinals of the NJCAA National Tennis Tournament.  In his first match, Romar defeated Harrison Reed from Spartanburg Methodist by a score of 7-6(4);6-7(5);7-5.  In the round of 16, he defeated Austin McElwain from Itawamba Community College 6-4, 6-3.

Romar will now face the #2 seeded player, Edmundo Ulloa, from Vincennes University on Wednesday afternoon with the winner earning a spot in the final four.
