Tigers Lose in 2OT to Cardinals

Gadsden, AL. - The MMI Tigers dropped a double overtime game on the road, 101-106, against the Cardinals of Gadsden State Community College, getting outscore by five points in the final period.

Nichlas Cham led the Tigers in scoring with 27 points while dishing out a team high eight assists.  Sophomores Isaiah Green and Tyrone Wright each recorded a double-double, Wright's second of the season.  Wright grabbed a team high 16 rebounds while scoring 20 points; Green added 18 points with 12 rebounds.

Also scoring for Marion was Dashley Estime (14), Johnathon Crawford (13), Jahmar Brown (5), Jaylen Carrington (2), and Aidan Driggers (2).

MMI will travel to Hanceville, Alabama to face the Lions of Wallace State Community College on Monday, November 13, with a 7:30 p.m. scheduled start.
