Countdown Begins!

Marion, AL. - The last coat of polyurethane will be applied to the new basketball court today by Covington Flooring, Inc.  Once applied, the court will cure for seven days before the men's basketball team can schedule a workout.  "It's been an amazing process to watch the new court develop throughout the summer.  Covington Flooring has done an exceptional job and have taken great pride in this project," stated Michelle Ivey, Director of Athletics. "It has been a long time coming for a wood basketball court and it is absolutely beautiful!  We will definitely have one of the nicer facilities within the state two-year college system."
