Coach Yotkewich enters his first season as the pitching coach for the MMI baseball program, after serving in the same role at Frontier Community College. 

Before transitioning into coaching, Coach Yotkewich had a standout career as a player. He pitched at Southeastern Illinois Community College before transferring to Indiana University-Southeast, where he enjoyed an impressive three-year career. During his time at IU-Southeast, Coach Yotkewich pitched 185 innings, compiling a 23-8 record with 135 strikeouts. He was named First-Team All-Conference twice and threw a no-hitter against Brescia University in the spring of 2023. Coach Yotkewich also ranks second in career wins at IU-Southeast. Additionally, he spent a summer playing in the competitive Prospect League as an All-Star for the Lafayette Aviators.
