Former MMI Baseball Player Earns All-Big 12 Second Team

Taylor Munden (MMI 2012) was recently named to the 2015 Second Team All-Big 12 for baseball.  The senior infielder at the University of West Virginia hit .271 in 214 at-bats with a .328 on-base percentage.  He stole 10 bases in 14 attempts, helping the Mountaineers to a 27-25 overall record, 9-13 in the Big 12.

Munden played for the Tigers in 2012, seeing action as both an infielder and pitcher.  He hit .327 with 18 runs scored, 10 doubles, and 12 runs batted in.  He also stole 10 bases for Marion.  As a pitcher Munden saw action in 8 games with a 5.40 ERA.
