Equity In Athletics Disclosure Act Annual Report
Marion Military Institute offers a comprehensive intercollegiate athletic program, representing the college in eleven sports, including baseball, men’s basketball, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s cross-country, and men’s and women’s track and field (indoor and outdoor). Equitable athletic opportunities are available to men and women.
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that receive Title IV funding (federal student aid programs) and that have an intercollegiate athletics program to make available information regarding participation in and institutional support for varsity athletic programs. The Report on Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data is on file and available in the Department of Athletics, Marion Military Institute, William R.
